Provisioning for a Cross-Channel Cruise

During August, this menu plan was used for a bank holiday cruise for 8 adults sailing overnight from Hamble on Friday and arriving midday Saturday in Honfleur.

After a splendid dinner ashore in Honfleur on Saturday night, we continued the next morning along the French coast to Arromanches and dropped anchor in the mulberry harbour for swimming, lunch and some sight-seeing.

After working up an appetite with rowing the dinghy from ship to shore several times, we had an early evening meal before setting off for Blighty overnight.

We have the provisioning/shopping lists and recipes for you to download.

There are two versions….

Version 1—The shopping list is broken down into food areas, i.e. drinks, snacks etc.

Version 2—The shopping list is just…. a list!

Let us know which one works best for you.

Bon appetit!
